Training and Development
News America Marketing® offers a variety of training programs designed to
promote career development. All courses are conducted by our in-house Training
Department, which customizes courses based on employee needs.
Sales Training
Sales Development begins with an intensive two-phase program which educates
new Account Coordinators about the processes that govern the sales function.
Throughout the Sales Development Program, sales employees further enhance their
skills with training on consulting, prospecting, meeting management and
presentation skills.
Mentor Program
The Mentor Program is another invaluable asset to members of our Sales
Development Program. All Account Coordinators, Account Associates and first-year
Account Directors are paired with mentors, which gives them the opportunity to
interact closely with a senior-level manager outside of their direct-reporting
line.
General Training
News America Marketing offers several interactive training courses
specifically planned for general employee development in both sales and
non-sales areas.
