Trade Retail Operations

The Trade Retail Operations department provides internal support to the Trade Retail sales teams and all in-store retailer issues. They communicate with our retail partners through program notification and the sales approval process and works with various internal departments on retailer operational matters. In addition, they work closely with the Sales and Marketing department to provide consultative support on retailer issues.  

Retail Information Center- RIC provides access to the distribution network for all News America Marketing programs through researching and updating stores and chains. Also responsible for cyclical reporting of all program information and offering assistance primarily to the Sales, Field and Trade Retail departments. RIC is able to track new network opportunities through growth of existing programs and the introduction of new products.

The Trade Operations department is located in the Wilton, CT office.
