Named one of the Best Entry-Level Jobs by The Princeton Review in 2008, the Sales Development Program offers competitive sales training in a real-world environment and develops entry-level Account Coordinators into successful Sales executives. Training and Mentor Program
Shortly after they join the company, our ACs go through a two-phased training program that focuses on building:
- Job-specific skills
- General company expertise
From there, Sales Development employees enhance their skills with continuous training. As a member of the Sales Development Program, you can count on attending the following classroom sessions:
Account Coordinator (AC)
- Account Coordinator Training (ACT) 1
- Account Coordinator Training (ACT) 2
- Persuasive Writing
- Communication Skills
Account Director (AD)/ Senior Account Director (SAD)
- Management Orientation
- Selling with Numbers
- Managing the Negotiation
- Management Essentials
Group Sales Manager (GSM)
Sales Development employees also participate in our Mentor Program, meeting regularly with senior-level executives (outside of their direct reporting line) to ease the transition from campus to career.
