Field Careers

Our Field Force is a critical part of our business. We rely on them to install and maintain our SmartSource in-store products throughout our entire network of over 40,000 grocery, drug, mass merchandise and dollar stores. The nation’s largest dedicated Field Force includes more than 200 managers, 4,000 part-time employees across six division offices and continually delivers unparalleled excellence in program execution.

Market Manager, Operations (MMO)

Market Managers oversee full-time Area Managers and part-time Merchandisers. The MMO hires, trains and motivates the team to ensure successful execution of programs and reporting. The position includes full benefits, tuition reimbursement and company vehicle.

Area Manager

Area Managers oversee part-time Merchandisers. Responsibilities include quality assurance, inventory control and recruiting and training Supervisors and Merchandisers. The position includes full benefits, tuition reimbursement and company vehicle.

Merchandiser (Part-Time)

Part-time Merchandisers are responsible for the servicing and merchandising of SmartSource In-Store programs. The position is part-time and available on an ongoing basis. Apply online right now to be a part of our Field Force.

Merchandising Services

Offers sustained, fully-managed merchandising programs executed by our client-dedicated field forces. Merchandising Services works with major clients on a national basis and has full-time and part-time positions available.
