The Finance department branches into the following areas:
Financial Planning & Analysis- The FP&A team supports the organization with business decision analysis as well as budgeting and forecasting News America Marketing’s financial statements.
Control Desk- Processes billing packages and revenue allocations and reconciles sales with outstanding contracts. Responsibilities include approving, trafficking and managing client contracts along with Sales Management reporting and sales commissions.
Office Services- Ensures the free flow of mail/packages, construction, real estate management and fleet services. They are responsible for ensuring the professional appearance and cleanliness of all News American Marketing’s offices as well as the functionality of all spaces, furniture, lighting, heat/air conditioning and safety.
Accounting- Ensures financial statements are in compliance with generally accepting accounting principles and reports all financial information to News Corporation.
Accounts Payable- Ensures proper payment of vendor invoices as well as employee expense reports.
Billing & Cash Applications- Ensures proper invoicing of programs and appropriate revenue recognition.
Credit & Collections- Analyzes and extends credit to customers and ensures timely collections of cash.
Payroll- Ensures all employees are paid timely and accurately.
The Finance department is located in the Wilton, CT office.
